Architectural Design 3D Visualisation Graphic Design

Simulaa is a three-person research-based architecture practice. This competition entry responds to the legacy of the Schweizerhalle chemical fire, reworking an existing car park and its underground reservoirs into active environmental infrastructure. The system uses established and experimental technologies to generate and store energy. I co-designed the proposal and produced all 3D visuals.

Strata Signals. Simulaa, 2025

Exhibition Design Graphic Design Motion Design Data Visualisation

Simulaa's installation for Deep Time Real Time at RMIT Design Hub. I worked alongside the directors on the installation and designed its full graphic system. Contributors submitted raw scientific material (GIS models, satellite imagery, infrared video, drill core data among other things) and I translated it into large-format prints, motion graphics for screens, and data visualisations accessible to a general audience.

Energy Objects.

Product Design 3D Visualisation

A series of solar-powered furniture. Each object generates and stores enough electricity to charge a phone, run a hotplate, or power a light. The project treats energy as a material condition rather than a background utility: something that can be staged, handled, and made explicit through everyday objects. I co-designed the concepts and the prototype, and produced the visualisations. We exhibited the first prototype, a solar table, at Do Works for Melbourne Design Week 2024.

House for Lichen. Simulaa, 2024

Architectural Design 3D Visualisation Graphic Design

Set in rural Victoria, this speculative house is an eco-positivist manifesto. The building would serve as food for lichen breaking it down over millions of years until rock becomes soil. I co-designed the project and produced concept graphics and visualisations. The bluestone is procedurally generated, with controlled lichen distribution and hand-assembled 3D environment.

Mega Super Nova Ultra.
IKEA ✕ MEGA Brand Activation, 2021

Brand Activation Creative Direction 3D Visualisation Earned Media Campaign

Brand activation for MEGA Omsk, part of the IKEA-owned mall network. A 2,250 sqm facade designed from the start to generate earned media rather than function as advertising. With another art director, I co-led the project from concept and cultural research through to 3D visualisation, production, and rollout. We built the campaign around deep local research, translating Omsk's art, sport, music, memes, and street culture into a series of continuous anamorphic illusions optimised for the car park sightline. The campaign was covered by Artemy Lebedev, Meduza, and major federal outlets, and MEGA later commissioned a merch line based on the project.
